No Legal Guarantee

Hash Camera is not a notary service, forensic analysis service, insurance claim decision service, or marketplace guarantee. Verification results show whether an evidence record can be found and compared. Users remain responsible for preserving original evidence and consulting qualified professionals for disputes.

User Content

You are responsible for photos and information you upload. Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or privacy-violating content.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Network, infrastructure, maintenance, or third-party service issues may affect availability.

Plans and Retention

Evidence retention may depend on the selected plan. Plan details shown in the app or App Store listing control the applicable retention period.
